How can I get my IQA for New-Zealand SMC/Immigration
New Zealand Qualification Authority is an assessing authority which evaluates and analyses your education credential and check the New Zealand Equivalency for a foreign degree and provides an equivalency certificate. IQA is an International qualification Assessment which is the outcome of NZQA.
NZQA costs around: 746 – 1046 NZD$ per credential
Proof of funds for New Zealand PR
Proof of funds or settlement funds are not mandatory for New- Zealand SMC visa. However, holding a fund of around 3 to 5 Lakhs in your bank account can be an additional advantage and this would be a great move and could increase the confidence of the visa officer when your application is being processed. The applicants can show 1000 NZD$/ month if required.
These funds would be a great beneficial for you to take care of your living expenses in the initial stages at New-Zealand.
Language requirements for New-Zealand SMC visa
Although New Zealand follows a pointing system unlike other countries it doesn’t offer any points for your Language proficiency. But a language test or certification is Mandatory for the SMC process. Below are the language test requirements and various language tests accepted by the New-Zealand government.
Settlement Funds
The applicant will have to show proper funds for the cost of living, travel, and relocation.The applying candidate should show 1000$month for the period of 9 months as a proof of funds.
IELTS
All IELTS scores are between 0 and 9. You need to at least 6.5 bands for immigration under Each Module. You can also get .5 scores as well (for example, 6.5 or 7.5). But a minimum of 6.0 in each Module
Academic and General Modules Are Accepted You will get a band score for each skill (listening, reading, writing and speaking) and also an overview band score.
PTE
Under PTE General A Minimum requirement is 65 or above score in PTE in all 4 modules (Reading, writing, speaking and listening) for immigration.
Under PTE Academic A Minimum requirement is 58 or above score in PTE in all 4 modules (Reading, writing, speaking and listening) for immigration.
TOEFL: (IBT)
Under TOEFL Applicants must obtain a total score of 79 or greater in a TOEFL test they have completed within the last two years from the date of submission of application.
